Is Double occupancy allowed?
Yes, our apartments are suitable for a double occupancy (ie. couples) as long as it forms part of the single household.
Is Dandi pet-friendly?
Pets are not allowed to live at Dandi locations, but they are welcome to visit during the day. Overnight stays for pets are not permitted.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Energy, heating, water, and council tax are not included in the monthly rent but you may want to check with the letting agent or onsite team for specific details.
Is the inclusive WiFi sufficient for daily work, and does it work in the rooms?
The complimentary WiFi is adequate for daily work and is accessible in all apartments. Upgrades to a faster connection are available at an additional cost.
Are all studios fully furnished?
Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished. If you need certain items removed, we can arrange that for you.
Is the TV a smart TV?
Yes, all of our apartments feature Samsung Smart TVs, which you can connect to your own streaming accounts like Netflix.
Is cleaning included in the rent?
The frequency of included cleaning varies by scheme, with a minimum of once a month. Additional cleaning services can be booked through the Dandi App at an extra charge.
Are the outdoor/indoor gyms complimentary for residents?
Yes, residents have full access to the gym facilities free of charge after completing a virtual gym induction on equipment use.
Is there parking available on-site or nearby?
There is no on-site parking available. However, you can request vehicle access for easier move-in/move-out on the designated days.
Can I book a short-term stay?
Currently, short stays are only available at our Brondesbury and Battersea locations (from July 2024). Please contact us directly for rates and availability, as short-term rates differ from long-term contracts.
