At Dandi we are on a journey to reinvent city living. Already our work spans four London sites, as we transform the experience of life in an apartment. Our buildings are consciously designed to fulfil our residents’ needs as whole people, prioritising natural light, sensory stimulation, community, nature, serenity and sustainability. We believe in supporting a healthy, contemporary way of life, and we want our residents to feel pride in the place they call home. Dandi is a family business and we are not simply developers. We have our own manufacturing facilities in London, a growing team, and a vision for a better future.

Dandi’s award-winning homes have been created with a passion for ergonomic design. We care about every detail. Our designs combine elegance, quality materials and ingenious space optimisation. Our lighting design is award-winning and simulates natural daylight. Our flying bed, ‘Happy Light’©, activated carbon air purifiers and volatile organic compound (VOC) compliant products promote wellbeing. This is an advanced living solution with a heart.

WE CARE FOR OUR COMMUNITIES

We build spaces for you to explore, connect and be healthy. These include wellness studios, gyms, games rooms, libraries, gardens, terraces, as well as co-working spaces, lounge bars and cafes. Activities and events include pilates, yoga, live music, supper clubs and micro-theatre events. We promote local artists and performers in our shared spaces, and during the day the co-working spaces create a different kind of dynamic. All these connections make the difference between a building and a home.
