Dandi Battersea offers a new urban experience where advanced sustainability meets smart modern living. Sky lounge, terraces, courtyards and green roofs support a balanced lifestyle while industrial lighting, neon artworks and pop art visuals set the contemporary mood. Downstairs the gallery and exhibition centre create an exciting interactive atmosphere. This is state-of-the-art city living.

Smart living starts in your apartment, filled with intelligent innovations, ingenious storage and reconfigurable spaces. Your floating bed lifts to the ceiling during the day and glides to the floor when it’s time to rest. Outside your door, you’ll find areas to relax, enjoy events, work collaboratively and build fitness. Take a seat in the tea room, step outside into the courtyard, enjoy far-reaching views on one of several terraces open to the sky. Challenge your fellow residents to a game of pool, work out in the gym, or sit back in front of the cinema room’s big screen. It’s all part of your new home.

At Dandi Battersea you’re in the heart of an area filled with an abundance of hip cafes and pubs and eclectic boutiques and markets, amidst attractive tree-lined streets. You’re close to some of London’s finest green spaces, with Wandsworth Common and the banks of the Thames just a few hundred metres away, and the heart of the metropolis is a short hop across the river. This is a vibrant, attractive area, easily accessible from your own calm, contemporary apartment.
